A note about statues

I think the Japanese do the best statues in the world. Of course, we all know about the huge buddhas and the small buddhas and the buddhas in between but I am not talking about those. I am talking about the quirky little things you find on street corners and in parks and just dotted along the pavement. They seem to have a something about them. Here’s a three of them that I discovered in my first few days here.
